An SBI employee in Lucknow allegedly shot and killed his wife outside her workplace, later fatally shot his sister at home and then died by suicide. A WhatsApp status allegedly posted before his death has become a key part of the police investigation.
Aban Ahmed, the youngest son of gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed, died in a road accident in Jhansi while travelling from Prayagraj to meet his jailed brother Ali Ahmed. Another passenger was also killed, while three others were seriously injured. Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
